How Colour Can Brighten up Your Day

Like Feng Shui, colour holds energy. Yellow brings joy, blue invites calm, and red sparks passion. Think about what emotions you want in your home or workspace and introduce colours that reflect that.
2. Add Colour to Your Surroundings
Small changes can have a big impact. Add colourful art, vibrant cushions, or fresh flowers to your space. I surrounded myself with my paintings, and suddenly, my environment felt more alive!
3. Wear Your Happiness
Colour isn’t just for walls—wear it! I started choosing colours based on how I wanted to feel. Wearing bright pink made me feel confident, and deep blues helped me feel centred.
4. Bring Nature Indoors
Plants are nature’s artwork. Adding greenery to my space brought me peace and balance.
Plus, plants naturally purify the air, making your space feel fresh and rejuvenating.
5. Create a Colour Ritual
Each morning, I ask myself: What colour do I need today? Whether it’s lighting a coloured candle, drinking from a bright mug, or meditating on a vibrant painting, I use colour as a daily energy boost.
